Welcome to this website for our 2023 MD Convention on the Gold Coast. We are getting ready to welcome Lions, Leos and partners from all over the country to this event from 28th April 2023 to 1st May 2023.
It will be held in the superb surroundings of the Star Casino and Hotel at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. It is a great venue with everything in one place.
We are excited to again host an MD Convention here on the Gold Coast after the success of the last one in 2006.
My committee is already working really hard to ensure that everything will be ready for you in 2023. There will be two major functions to meet up with everyone, one on Friday night as a meet and greet, and a Gala dinner on Sunday night in the grand ballroom.
Accommodation is readily available and we have struck special rates with the Star Grand and Dorsett Hotel which are both on site.
Also the Star is just across the road from Pacific Fair, probably the largest shopping area in South East Queensland.
